PATENT MODELS: LOT OF 3. 1) Chimney By A.W. Mcmillan. No patent tag, but Gilbert tag #484. Brass cylindrical model with bottom similar to Spanish helmet. Etched with inventor’s name “Chicago”. SIZE: 4 3/4″ t. x 3″ w. CONDITION: Possible repair where wide mouth meets chimney cylinder. 2) Means For Preventing Explosions Of Steam Boilers By Daniel Lawson. Original patent tag #227,024, dated April 27, 1880. Brass cylindrical model with slide-on cover, revealing inner cylinder. SIZE: 10″ l. x 2 1/2″ diam. CONDITION: Much denting to cylinder, otherwise good. 3) Pump By J & J Seeberger. Tattered original tag #89,892, dated May 11, 1869. Cast iron model with turning key at base, which works gears underneath. SIZE: 7 1/2″ t. x 4″ diam.
