SEVRES CAMEO BISCUIT JAR. Amethyst cameo decoration of irises, leaves and buds on a mottled white and amethyst background. Signed on underside “Sevres”. Jar is complete with original silver plated rim, bale and lid. There is a straw mark that extends from the rim of the jar to the foot. SIZE: 5″ dia x 10-1/2″ to top of bale. CONDITION: Considerable wear to silver plating exposing base metal. Otherwise very good to excellent. 5-64195 (400-600)
