*MARLIN MODEL 1893 LEVER ACTION RIFLE. Cal 32-40. SN 310113. Standard grade rifle with 26” oct bbl, German silver blade, Rocky mountain front sight and semi buckhorn rear sight. It has full magazine and uncheckered wood with straight stock and smooth steel buttplate. The receiver, lever, and hammer are case colored. CONDITION: Bbl retains 88-90% original blue, thin and turning plum about the middle. Magazine tube retains 95-96% strong original blue. Receiver retains 75-80% strong original case colors turned silver on the bottom at the carry point. Lever and hammer retain 80-90% original case colors. Wood is sound with the forearm retaining 75% original varnish with some mild battering. Buttstock retains about 95% of an old re-varnish with minor nicks and dings.
