WONDERFUL EARLY TIN LITHOGRAPH NUDE SIGN FOR “BAUDOU” TIRES. This very attractive French ad executed by noted Italian poster artist “Cappiello” depicts a nude figure emerging from water holding an early tire. Bright colors and nice lithography. SIZE: 27-1/2″ l. x 19-1/2″ w. CONDITION: Some wear on the lithography and surface rusting, particularly on the gold border. Most of the interior image is in rather good condition with only scattered minor chips or imperfections. A few nail holes on the very edge of the border. A very attractive sign. 1-1862 (1,500-2,500)
