MONTANA MADE CARBINE SADDLE SCABBARD. Made for what appears to be an 1892 or 1894 lever action carbine by Connolly Bros., Billings, Mont. 30-1/2” long with sewn back edge, slots for the straps with rivets around the slot. It has wave & dot decorated edge and made of russet brown leather. CONDITION: Moderate to heavy stirrup leather wear about the middle with a few small cracks in the finish and partially opened rear seam. Retains a fine dark walnut colored finish. Straps are worn & crackled, one is worn through. 4-50524 JR1146 (200-300)
