SIGNED WEBB CAMEO BOWL & PLATE. Red English cameo glass bowl and plate have a red ground and are decorated with a floral and foliate pattern encircling each piece. This white cut-back pattern is complete with a double band of white at the edge of the bowl and plate. Each piece has the trademark carved butterfly associated with Webb. Bowl is unsigned. Plate is signed “Thomas Webb & Sons Cameo”. SIZE: Plate is 7-3/4″ dia. Bowl is 4-3/4″ dia. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with scuff marks to bottom of plate. Bowl and plate complement each other nicely but are not identical in pattern. 5-64729 (1,250-1,500)
