*RARE MARLIN MODEL 94 SADDLE RING CARBINE. SN 442869. Cal .32-20. Round 20″ bbl has integral carbine front sight and express rear sight. Top of bbl marked “Marlin Firearms Co.,NEW-HAVEN,CT. U.S.A./PAT’T OCT.11, 1887, APRIL 2,1889, AUG. 1, 1893.” Full magazine. Standard carbine receiver with saddle ring. Top tang marked “Marlin/MODEL”94” American walnut carbine stock and forend, the stock has the steel carbine buttplate. CONDITION: Very good. 90-95% bbl and magazine blue having light handling wear. Rich deep blued receiver with some edge wear and thinning from normal handling.Lever has vivid case colors. Sound stock with good finish and some handling marks and wear spots. Forend has very good finish with normal handling marks and a very small chip on the left side at the receiver. Excellent bore and crisp mechanics. 4-36397 DS20 (5,000-7,000)
