*UNUSUAL RESTORED WINCHESTER MODEL 21 DUCK GUN. SN 22624. Cal. 12 ga. 32″ bbls with tapered, matted, concave rib, sgl center & silver front sighting beads, 3″ chambers, FULL / FULL chokes, sgl selective trigger & ejectors. Left side bbl marked “MODEL 21 – WINCHESTER / TRADEMARK – 12 GAUGE 3 IN”. Standard frame with “DUCK” stamped over trigger plate screw. Mounted with fabulous flame grain walnut, checkered straight grip, Winchester logo checkered hard rubber butt plate & checkered beavertail forend. Bore diameter: left -.737, right -.731. Bore restrictions: left -.040, right -.032. Wall thickness: left -.024, right -.031. Drop at heel: 2-1/8″, drop at comb: 1-3/8″. Weight: 7 lbs. 10 oz. LOP 13-5/8″. PROVENANCE: Dr. Frank Miller Estate Coll. CONDITION: As new, from restoration. Bbls retain nearly all of fine rust blue. Receiver retains all of restored blue with slight purple hue across bottom of frame. Fabulous stock is sound, numbered to gun & has only a few minor handling marks in its fine factory style restored finish. Likewise for the numbered-to-gun beavertail forend.
