STEPHEN MORGAN ETNIER (American, 1903-1984) “CANNON, NASSAU”. Oil on masonite scene shows a large tapered cannon on wood carriage mounted on a sliding ramp. Another is seen behind with stone wall, water and land. Signed lower left “Stephen Etnier 69”. Housed in its original wood frame with linen matte and gold liner which retains its original Midtown Gallery label with artist and title. PROVENANCE: From a Harpswell, Maine home.
