*ERFURT KAR98 W/BAYONET & SLING. SN 7010ff. Cal. 8 mm.. 24” rnd bbl. Dated 1916 & 1920 over the chamber, 1920 only on the stock. The bayonet is marked “S/239” on the left ricasso of the 10” single fuller blade. The SN 4109 does not match any of the numbers on the scabbard. The sling is not marked. CONDITION: 40% blue mixed with surface rust and light pitting. Wood shows heavy wear and oil stains at the wrist and comb. Action is fine. Bore is bright but lightly pitted.
