*ENGRAVED WINCHESTER MODEL 12 DELUXE SKEET GUN. Cal. 12 ga. SN 1582410. Beautifully engraved Model 12 with 26” Simmons vent rib bbl with Bradley red ivory front bead & white ivory middle bead choked WS-1. Mounted with spectacular, flame grain, deluxe, checkered & carved American walnut with large rnd forearm & pistol grip stock with carved ivory grip cap, 14-1/8” over a Winchester hard rubber buttplate with thin white spacer. Receiver is coin finished and engraved with large vignettes of a hawk & three ducks in a marsh scene on left side and a bird dog with two pheasants in a field scene on right side, all surrounded by full coverage foliate arabesque patterns. Triggerguard & takedown ring are engraved to match. Both vignettes are signed “EB”. Bore diameter: .742. Bore restrictions: .002. Drop at heel: 2-1/2”, drop at comb: 1-1/2”. Weight: 8 lbs. CONDITION: Very fine. Retains virtually all of its beautiful custom finish to both metal & wood. Wood is sound with a minor nick or two in varnish and one small spot of crazing on forearm.
