OUTSTANDING CARVED IVORY FIGURAL GROUP OF AN ARTIST. One piece carved group shows a standing man with paintbrush in right hand painting a rock outcropping under flowering limbs and rock edge. A small boy holds the paint pallet and both stand at the bottom of the rock cliff adorned with flowers. Wonderful patina. Mounted on a carved wood stepped base. SIZE: Carving is 12”. 14” with base.
