Cal. 20 ga. 30″ Krupp Fluid Steel bbls with tapered, matted, concave rib, dual ivory sighting beads, 2-3/4″ chambers, choked FULL / MOD with gold-plated dbl triggers & ejectors. Gold bbl bands with 1/2″ wedge of scroll engraving. Top of right bbl marked in gold “MADE TO ORDER A.H. FOX” and left in gold “KRUPP FLUID STEEL”; gold lightning bolt & 3″ wedge of scroll engraving over each chamber, gold chamber band & scroll-engraved rib extension. Bbl flats are engraved “FE SPECIAL / F205789”. Rebated, scalloped, FE Special grade frame has fantastic gold woodcock in flight & “Ansley H. Fox” on left side, gold ruffed grouse in flight on right, gold pheasant in flight on bottom of receiver, gold setter on point on bow of trigger guard, 4 diamond patterns in gold on hinge pin & pivot of top lever, all surrounded by fabulous foliate arabesque scroll & signed “Demunck” on trigger plate. “SAFE” on top tang & SN on trigger guard are inlaid in gold, along with SN & “FE SPECIAL” on water table. Mounted with extraordinarily beautiful marble-cake walnut with fleur-de-lis checkered side panels, fleur-de-lis checkered rnd knob pistol grip, fleur-de-lis checkered butt plate, fleur-de-lis checkered splinter forend, Schnable tip with ebony insert. Bore diameter: left -.622, right -.621. Bore restrictions: left -.024, right -.013. Wall thickness: left -.035, right -.035. Drop at heel: 2-1/2″, drop at comb: 1-1/2″. Weight: 5 lbs. 15 oz.
