*LUDWIG BOROVNIK SIDELOCK EJECTOR GAME GUN. SN 404732. Cal. 20 Ga. 3″ Chambers. 27-1/2″ Chopper lump barrels are engraved “Lud. Borovnik – Ferlach – ” on raised concave game rib. Bbl flats and bottoms of bbls have Ferlach proofs for 3″ chambers, and “Bohler Super Blitz”. Bottom of right bbl is stamped with SN and engraved “Made in Austria”. Coin finished sidelock action is stamped with proofs, SN, and makers name on water table, and features automatic safety (“S” inlaid in gold), bushed strikers, gold-plated raised rib tumbler end cocking indicators, H & H style hand detachable locks, and gold-plated double triggers (front articulated). Action is engraved with full coverage shaded open scroll with acanthus highlights. Blued trigger guard and top lever have matching scroll engraving. Nicely marbled, somewhat figured, stump European walnut straight grip buttstock measures 15″ over un-checkered wood butt, and features 22 LPI point pattern checkering with line border. Matching long splinter ejector forend has Deeley release, and inside of iron is engine turned. Bore diameter: left -.620, right -.620. Bore restrictions: left -.025, right -.012. Wall thickness: left -.037, right -.033. Drop at heel: 2-1/2″, drop at comb: 1-5/8″. Weight: 5 lbs. 15.7 oz, LOP 15″. CONDITION: Essentially as new. Appears test fired only.
