MOSER DECORATED PUNCH SET. Magnificent Moser punch set is blown in cranberry glass and decorated with two-tone gold gilding with panels descending from the top. Each panel is further decorated with applied and layered white, yellow and blue flowers. The flowers hang from stems and large leaves which are beautifully enameled. The applied flowers are deeply layered giving each piece of the punch set a deep three dimensional feel. The set consists of a footed punch bowl with lid, ladle and twelve punch cups. Punch bowl is marked on the underside “854 D2397”. SIZE: Punch bowl is 17″ to top of finial. Cups are 4-1/4″ t. PROVENANCE: From a private Midwest Collection. CONDITION: Overall very good. Punch bowl has two shallow flakes to the foot; one on the exterior and one on the interior. Ladle has been broken and repaired. One punch cup has one missing flower petal which is almost undetectable. 5-64266 (8,000-12,000)
