VICTORIAN THREE-PIECE CONDIMENT SET. Third quarter 19th century. The American frosted green glass and silverplated set consisting of a covered biscuit barrel, a round covered butter dish with knife, and a small covered jam jar. SIZE: Biscuit barrel: 8″ h. Jar: 4-1/2″ h. PROVENANCE: From an extensive private Gulf Coast collection. CONDITION: In very good condition overall, with small flakes to rim of jam jar and to cover rim of butter dish. Slight deterioration to silver surfaces. 9-93328 (600-900)
