*28 GA. BERETTA JUBILEE GAME GUN WITH CASE. SN GIU268A. Cal. 28 Ga. 2-3/4″ Chambers. 26-3/8″ Mono-block barrels with flat narrow matted ventilated rib are engraved “P. Beretta – Made in Italy” on left side along with gauge information. Right side is engraved “Beretta U.S.A. Corp. Ackk. MD”. Warning information is in front of mono-block. Bottom of mono-block has Italian proofs for 1999, and also SN. Left sides of bbls have chamber and choke information and are also marked “- Excelsior – High Strength Alloyed Steel – “. Coin finished sideplate action features automatic safety with bbl selector in button and single selective trigger. Action and sideplates have nearly full coverage of well cut shaded open scroll with rose and other floral accents. Central device of lockplates are engraved “P. Beretta Giubileo”. Bottom of action is engraved in the same manner, and engraver’s signature is on trigger plate. Matching trigger guard has long tang. Well marbled and lightly stump figured European walnut straight grip buttstock measures 14-1/2″ over checkered wood removable butt, and features 28 LPI point pattern checkering with line border. One piece forend has Schnabel tip and modified Deeley fastener, thumbpiece of which is inlaid “Beretta Gallery” in gold. There is also an inset gold medallion with initials “PB”. Bore diameter: top -.551 with choke tubes, bottom -.551 with choke tubes. Wall thickness: top -.042, bottom -.039. Drop at heel: 2″, drop at comb: 1-3/8″. Weight: 5 lbs. 14 oz, LOP 14-1/2″. Tan leather covered ABS case has inset leather label with Beretta logo and “Guibileo”. Interior is lined with green cloth, and contains 3 choke tubes, instruction book, and guarantee. CONDITION: Excellent, with some slight silvering and minor marks on bbls. Action retains nearly all of its bright coin finish with some darkening under thumbpiece. Stocks are excellent with only a very few minor small marks, mostly on forend. Bores are excellent. Case is excellent. Gun has been shot, but not very much.
