SPRINGFIELD MODEL 1888 RAMROD BAYONET TRAPDOOR RIFLE WITH SLING. Cal. .45/70. SN 124528. 32-5/8″ rnd bbl. Upgraded from Model 1873 in 1891 when the “SWP” cartouche was applied. CONDITION: Traces of blue showing through the rust brown patina. The wood is good. The sling is flaked and scuffed. Ciak Collection 4-53230 FS426 (200-400)
