RALPH ALBERT BLAKELOCK (American, 1847-1919) INDIAN ENCAMPMENT. Oil on wood panel shows a tepee with figure next to a canoe with two Native American figures under large trees with opening leading to water and sky. The left side having two other Native American figures with a clearing of dirt and grass. Housed in a fine period fancy gilt frame with artist plaque. Signed lower right in black. SIZE: 14″ x 19-1/2″. CONDITION: Minor inpainting, consolidation of varnish, otherwise very good. 9-99003 (12,000-15,000)
