*CUSTOM ROY BADEUX BOLT ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 416 Rigby. SN 25129. Fine custom rifle built on a Remington 30-S action, which is one of the world’s strongest actions, a commercial version of the venerable 1917 action, with factory modification to cock on the upstroke. It has a 25-1/2” tapered rnd bbl, including muzzle brake, with sleeved ramp front sight with hood and 3-leaf custom express rear sight, two folding, one standing, marked 100 to 300 yards. Mounted in light colored, straight grain American walnut with black forend tip, fluted horn grip cap with a classic cheekpiece & straight comb, 13” over a Decelerator pad. Bbl has a safari sling base with a stud in the stock. Triggerguard & floorplate appear to be orig Remington equipment. Receiver is drilled & tapped for scope bases. CONDITION: Extremely fine.
