TWO ROOKWOOD VASES.

TWO ROOKWOOD VASES. 1) Lovely Rookwood vase has brown and rust colored flowers with green leaves and stems against a tan shading green background with iris glaze. Vase is signed on the underside with Rookwood flame mark, dated 1903, artist signed “MN” for Mary Nourse. 2) Large Rookwood vase has allover relief design of poppies in various stages of bloom. Vase is finished in a light green and tan glaze shading to pink at the rim with a pink glazed interior. Impressed on the underside with Rookwood flame mark and dated 1929 with impressed “6006”. SIZE: 6-1/2″ and 12″ t respectively. CONDITION: Both vases are very good to excellent with the iris glazed vase having some crazing. 5-65190 (300-500)
