JAPANESE WWII PATTERN OF 1944 MARINE SWORD. (Often called a landing force sword) 26 1/8” shinogo zukuri blade with straight artificial temperline signed “NOBUMITSU” and dated “DECEMBER 1944”. SIZE: 39 ¼” long overall. MOUNTS: Standard pattern of 1944. CONDITION: Blade with surface rust overall and light scratches. Mounts complete except for the tassel in overall good used condition. 4-54992-16 GA32 (250-350)
