SWISS 12″ SIX TUNE CYLINDER MUSIC BOX. Serial number 2843. Simple but nice rectangular walnut case has non-original tune card with six Scottish tunes. Has nice original key wound mechanism as well as large original winding key. Early style red interior with end flap and three control levers and brass bedplate. SIZE: 19″ w x 6″ d x 4-3/4″ t. CONDITION: Very good. One tooth tip is bent with the rest being good. Mechanism is unrestored but plays nicely and needs dampers. Case has original finish with many ancient scratches and carries a beautiful patina. 1-11445 (500-750)
