NEW ENGLAND FEDERAL STYLE INLAID MAHOGANY DRESSING MIRROR. Second half 19th century. The benchmade mirror with oval plate mounted within the rectangular string inlaid frame, pivoting on canted arms with brass mounts, joined to the rectangular box, the edges crossbanded and string inlaid, the drawer with sandwich-glass knobs, raised on disc feet.
