JAPANESE WWII KAI-GUNTO (NAVAL OFFICERS) SWORD. 26 ½” shinogi zukuri gendaito blade. Suguha hamon, hada is muji. Deep koshi sori (curvature closer to the hilt in early Bizen school style). Ubu nakugo signed “CHIKUZEN HIROMITSU”. No date. SIZE: 39” long overall. MOUNTS: Complete kai-gunto. CONDITION: Blade in good polish with minor stains. Naval mounts complete with only minimal wear missing the tassel and sarute. 4-54992-13 GA29 (700-1,000)
