DANCING UNCLE SAM. Hand carved and painted wood Uncle Sam dancing figure. Arms jointed art shoulders and elbows, legs jointed at knees and ankles. All original paint. Fixture is extended by 1/4″ dowel rod, 40″ l from the backside. Last half of the 19th Century. SIZE: Overall height is 12 1/2″. CONDITION: Generally good, on bent wire hanger base. Dancer itself retains much of old paint. 1-26901 (900-1,200)
