Set 1) 20 ga., 32″ Titanic steel bbls with tapper matted concave rib, single ivory sighting bead that is missing, 3″ chambers, FULL / FULL choke, top of rib marked “PARKER BROS. MAKERS.MERIDAN.CT.U.S.A. TITANIC STEEL”. Set 2) 16 ga., 28″ Vulcan steel bbls with tapper matted concave rib, with single silver sighting bead, 2-1/2″ chambers, FULL / FULL choke, top of bbls marked “PARKER BROS. MAKER.MERIDAN.CT.U.S.A. VULCAN STEEL”, ejectors & double triggers. The 1 frame gun with both sets of bbls numbered to gun. The forend iron and forend log on 16 ga bbls, stamped with the No.2. The “Parker Gun Identification & Serialization” book, identify gun as grade T13, 20 ga., 32″ bbls, with ejectors & pistol grip stock. The D frame receiver is engraved with foliate arabesque scroll with ribbon “PARKER BROS.” & oval with pointing pointer on left side & setter on right side & 4 flying ducks on trigger plate. Mounted with nicely streaked walnut, checkered side panels with dropper point, checkered pistol grip with Parker Bros. hard rubber grip cap, skeleton steel butt, gold initial oval, checkered splinter forend with metal insert tip for both bbls. Set 1) Bore diameter: left -.620, right -.619. Bore restrictions: left -.026, right -.025. Wall thickness: left -.028, right -.028. Drop at heel: 2-3/8″, drop at comb 1-3/8″: . Weight: 7 lbs. 5 oz. CONDITION: Fine. 20 ga. bbls retain 70-75% orig blue with thinning to silver in forend area and down side of left bbl, second set of bbls retain 90-95% orig blue with some minor muzzle wear, thin under forend and a few minor scratches. Receiver has traces of orig case color in protected areas, as mostly a fine light brown patina with sharp engraving. Stock is sound, with nicely re-pointed checkering, a few minor handling marks & a fine smooth hand rubbed oil finish.
