*WINCHESTER MODEL 61 SMOOTH BORE PUMP RIFLE. Cal. 22 LR Shot. SN 209269. Standard rifle, 24” rnd bbl, bead front sight, rnd top receiver, uncheckered wood, with flat bottom ribbed forearm & semi-pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate. The bore is counter-bored is about a foot down from the muzzle and has about 1/4” at the muzzle. CONDITION: Extremely fine, near new. Retains most of its strong bright original blue and original varnish on the wood. There is one small area on the left side of the chamber area where the blue is turning slightly dull. Wood is sound with light scratches on the right side of the buttstock and a couple of heavier scratches on the forearm. Fine mechanics, bright shiny bore. 4-51472 JR783 (2,500-3,500)
