GERMAN HOMEMADE DOLLS’ HOUSE. Circa 1920, This two story house has its original cream facade with blue overpaint on the trim and roof. There are windows flanking each side of the large porch on the first floor and a center bay window on the second floor with side windows. A few decals have been added to the front facade. The main roof opens in two parts to reveal two rooms. The interior of the house has its original cream walls but a floor is missing that divides it into two rooms. The house has two cupboard doors in the back to open the house. A scene was painted on the doors of ducks swimming in a brook which was painted at a later date. SIZE: 42″ l x 41″ h x 24-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Generally good to very good. Painted surfaces show wear and scratches, especially on the porch roof, bay window roof and on the main roof. Front porch shows some separation from main house. 1-8493 AM (500-1,000)
