FAIRBANK’S GOLD DUST WASHING POWDER DIE CUT STRING DISPLAY. Seldom seen two-sided festoon display intended to be hung from the general store ceiling. Individual die cut boxes of Gold Dust washing powder sport large red letters on top and are held together with an adjustable string. Die cut Gold Dust twins anchor each end of the display as though holding up the sign. SIZE: Approx. 104″ long x 16-1/2″ h. CONDITION: Overall sign is in very good condition and has a great look. Close examination will reveal some very light mildew spots on the Gold Dust twins and some of the letters. The tips of the letter “U” appear to have been bent and skillfully reinforced. 1-9412 (4,500-6,500)
