Waltershausen (Boulle) furniture consisting of a three-drawer check with marble top, a marble top bureau with mirror, marble turtle top table on four sprawling legs, two Gothic side chairs upholstered in a cotton fabric and a two drawer large scale chest with all pieces having gold transfer work. Accessories include a soft metal round plant stand painted gold with four wooden flower pots on a scroll base, an Art Deco rectangular ormolu table, an ornate ormolu display cabinet with beveled glass on three sides as well as fancy pressed design throughout resting on four ball feet and two ormolu framed prints with a third being of soft metal painted gold. SIZE: Glass cabinet is 6-1/2″ t. PROVENANCE: From the Estate of Geraldine Gaba, Scottsdale, AZ. CONDITION: Good. Display cabinet is missing mirror in back and shelves show slight discoloration. Gothic chairs each have a crack on the front and each seat shows slight soiling. Mirrored bureau has replaced mirror, taped in and backed by paper as well as some wear to finish on the front. 1-8805-41 AM (600-800)
