*SMITH & WESSON VICTORY MODEL AUSTRIAN POLICE REVOLVER. Cal. 38 S&W. Parkerized finish, 5” bbl, smooth walnut grips with lanyard loop in the butt. Left rear side of the frame is stamped “OSTERREICH/POLIZEI” with an eagle in the middle (Austrian Police). Top of the backstrap is unit marked “16BN/745/1172”. Bottom of the butt has the “WB” and flaming bomb proofs. SN 957197. CONDITION: Fine, retains about 95% thinning parkerized finish with some light spotting on the bbl and cylinder. Grips are about new and are recent replacements. Bore is strong and bright with a ring at midpoint. 4-48214 JR267 (Anderson Collection) (300-500)
