UNSIGNED (Russian, First half of the 20th Century) UNDER THE RUINS. Interesting unsigned watercolor shows four figures in traditional costume under a city ruins. Housed in a modern white frame with brown matte. On reverse is a white auction label “Mini Impressionist 0442 13/02/85 Mr. Steve Albert Lot No 56 RN 452426 PL A/C No 007061″. Another indicating a black & white photograph was taken 24 November, 1984. SIZE: Sight: 23″ x 15-1/4”. PROVENANCE: Private Cleveland Collector. CONDITION: Two areas of surface loss above bottom hand, toning, otherwise very good. Examined out of frame. 9-23473 (300-500)
