ANTIQUE DOLLS’ HOUSE FURNITURE & ACCESSORIES. Circa 19th Century. Eleven pieces of Waltershausen (Boulle) furniture including a turtle top marble table on a pedestal base, an empire sofa with gold transfer work, a china cabinet on legs with a mirrored door and Gothic decoration and the interior having original blue paper lining, a marble top vanity having an oval mirror with scrolls of gold transfer work, an armoire with a solid door with gold transfer decoration of warriors and crests, a two-drawer chest with gold transfer work, an oval mirror with a scalloped pediment and four matching Gothic chairs with mauve silk upholstery and gold transfer work. Accessories include an ormolu mantle clock with bronze rider on top with porcelain clock face and two ormolu framed prints. SIZE: Tallest is 6-1/2″. PROVENANCE: From the Estate of Geraldine Gaba, Scottsdale, AZ. CONDITION: Fair to good. The china cabinet has a split in the wood on the mirrored door, the oval mirror and marble top vanity mirror have some silvering missing, the chairs have worn upholstery and some staining with one chair having worn gold transfer, sofa has stain on center of seat and some of gilt paper has darkened and the armoire has a repair on the upper right door. 1-8805-21 AM (500-800)
