Done as a pencil sketch after James Montgomery Flagg’s most famous poster. SIZE: 24 x 18″w. CONDITION: Very good with two 1/2″ margin tears and minor wrinkling. 2) New York Journal, Sunday, October 1, 1899 by artist homer Davenport. CONDITION: Good to very good. 3.) Uncle Sam newspaper illustration in the St. Paul Daily Globe, Monday, May 1, 1893. CONDITION: Good with numerous small tears along border and one 5″ tear.
