LOUIS XV STYLE MARQUETRY AND MAHOGANY INLAID CENTER TABLE. Late 19th-early 20th century. The oval turtle top with molded and ormolu edge, the top profusely inlaid with scrolling floral vinery, alternating with cartouches with floral borders, heightened throughout with mother-of-pearl highlights, above the conforming apron with similar marquetry cartouches, raised on cabriole legs with cast bronze mounts and sabots. SIZE: 29-1/4″ h. x 37-1/2″ l. x 24-3/4″ w. PROVENANCE: From a fine private collection. CONDITION: Structurally in very fine condition. The surfaces now with overly heavy polyurethane finish.
