LOUIS XVI STYLE KINGWOOD AND MAHOGANY PARQUETRY POUDREUSE. Late 19th century. The rectangular top with cross-banded and shaped edges fitted with three hinged lids, the centermost mirrored, the ends opening to wells, above the rectangular frieze decorated with cast-bronze mounts having three drawers, two simulated drawers, and a brushing slide, raised on square tapered inlaid legs terminating in brass-capped feet. SIZE: 29″ h. x 31-1/4″ w. x 18-1/4″ d. CONDITION: Professionally repolished with small restorations to veneers, with nice color and good patina. 9-94482 (1,000-1,500)
