FRAMED AUTOGRAPH OF GERONIMO. Geronimo’s autograph in block print on the back of a C.A. Brenninger business card which advises that he was with the World’s Fair Indian Band. Also in pencil is the notation “The Old Chief’s Autograph. / St. Louis 1904” and initials “O.K. Mc”. On the front of another piece of paper in the same pencil handwriting is stated, “Geronimo’s autograph / I saw him write it.” with the same initials below. Also included in the frame is a copy of the famous photograph of Geronimo with three other Apaches and a print of a painting of Geronimo on horseback with two Apaches. On the back of the frame is a write-up regarding the capture of Geronimo. CONDITION: Card is yellowed with some slight staining but the signature is clear.
