Circa early 1900s, this simple machine consists of a cubical marked base with nickel plated lid with diagonal slit affixed with razor against which the user would drag their pencil. SIZE: 3-1/2″ l x 2″ w x 1-1/2″ h. PROVENANCE: Late John Woods Collection, St. Louis, MO. CONDITION: Generally good with wear to paint and nickel finish. 1-9344-10 (500-1,000)
