Watercolor scene shows a white steam ferry with three decks having many people aboard and a single central stack billowing black smoke. It is close to shore and sails left to right. The bow with ship name and company “Maryland Delaware and Virginia Railway Co.”. Inscribed bottom right “Time: – Early June 1906 Place: St. Mary’s River Joseph S. Bohannon 441 Augusta Av.
