FINE SMITH PERCUSSION DOUBLE BBL SHOTGUN. 16 ga. NSN. 29″ ribbed bbl. with “SMITH-LONDON” inlaid in gold on the top rib, “SMITH” on both engraved lockplates and “PATENT” on both engraved hammers. There are also gold inlaid lines on top of the breech plug. CONDITION: Bbls retain almost all of their reblue mixed with scattered specks of rust and pitting. Locks have a gray/blue patina. There are repairs at the rear of the locks and on the forearm. Wood has been refinished in these areas. Mechanically fine 4-57485 FS32 (750-1,500)
