PAIR OF SILVER & GLASS SALTS. Wonderful pair of large salts has silver openwork frame with center medallion of ladies head with floral drape running from medallion over the shoulders of a winged man. Silver frame is set on four paw feet and has a handle on each side. Fitted insert is cobalt blue glass. Silver frame is hallmarked with man’s head facing left in a shield, an “N” and “GR” beneath a crown. Each salt has its own sterling salt spoon. SIZE: 4-1/2” across x 1-3/4” w x 1-3/4” t. CONDITION: Salt spoons did not start life with these salts and show numerous dents, otherwise very good to excellent. 5-71697 (500-1,000)
