*VERY RARE HIGH GRADE FACTORY ENGRAVED BROWNING “SWEET 16” SEMI-AUTO SHOTGUN. Cal. 16 ga. SN 6S58479. Fabulous high grade A5 with 28″ vent rib bbl, sgl bead, choked FULL. Receiver has full coverage engraving consisting of a large vignette of a gold pointer & two gold flushing pheasants on left side & three gold geese on right side, all surrounded by spectacular foliate arabesque patterns with stippled background. Both vignettes are signed “J.M. DEBRUS”. It is mounted with straight grain light colored European walnut with checkered standard forearm & long tang round knob stock, 14-1/8″ over a Browning/FN hard rubber buttplate. CONDITION: As new. Possibly unfired, retains virtually all of its brilliant factory finish to both metal & wood. There is a scratch down left side of receiver through the gold inlay.
