PATENT MODEL: SHOWCASE BY W. H. GROVE. Original patent tag #120, 752, dated November 7, 1871. Model is a sample bottom corner section through one of their showcases. Sample is nickel-plated brass over mahogany with cast zinc decorative corner reinforcement. SIZE: 6” l x 9-1/2” t x 6” d. CONDITION: Corner reinforcement attached to frame with small wood screws, which appear to be part of the original patent submittal. 1-1374 (150-250)
