EXTRAORDINARY 1905 GOTTSCHALK BLUE ROOF DOLL HOUSE. Wonderful lithographed house with all its original parts (steps, chimneys, doors, etc.) has four rooms, all with original papers. Roof painted blue, lithographed in subtle brown, beige and green colors. Also has original metal railings, overhanging balcony and front porch. Extremely hard to find this house so complete. SIZE: 22-1/4″ h x 20″ w x 10-1/2″ d. PROVENANCE: From the Estate of Geraldine Gaba, Scottsdale, AZ. CONDITION: For the age of the house, the interiors and exteriors are very good to near excellent.
