*INCREDIBLE EXTREMELY RARE MATCHED PAIR OF FABBRI BEST QUALITY SIDE-BY-SIDE PIGEON GUNS. SN 3322 & 3321. Cal. 12 ga. 27-7/8″ bbls, tapered hand-filed rib with single gold sighting bead, 2-3/4″ chambers, IMP-MOD/FULL chokes, single trigger and ejectors. Top of right bbl marked “Vacuum Arc Remelting Steel”. Left bbl marked in gold “IVO FABBRI” and “THE PROFESSIONAL”. Chamber end of ribs are marked with gold “1” and “2”. Receivers are magnificently engraved with the classic Diana the Goddess of the Hunt with attendees in semi-nude poses and signed “Inc C. Tomasoni” on both sides of each receiver.The floorplates are similarly engraved and bordered by bold foliate scrolls as are the trigger bow and barrel bosses. Top levers are marked with gold “1” and “2”. Mounted with spectacular exhibition grade Turkish walnut, checkered pistol grip, silver recoil pad, gold initial shield, checkered target beavertail forend with engraved metal tip release with gold “1” and “2”, engraved teardrop escutcheon, gold pigeon and engraved forend iron. 1) Bore diameter: left – .724, right – .723. Bore restrictions: left – .038, right – .033. Wall thickness: left – .030, right – .033. Drop at heel: 1-1/4″, drop at comb: 1-1/4″. Weight: 7 lbs. 9 oz.
