INTERESTING INLAID MECHANICAL TABLETOP DISPLAY CABINET. The cabinet is hexagon shaped and sits atop a separate intricately carved base. Six rounded top glass doors are hooked to a gear mechanism that, when one door opens, the rest follow. This is activated by a key, which is present. The doors are intricately inlaid with geometric and flower designs. The top has a pierce carved gallery with six finials. The interior fitted for two glass shelves, which are present. The bottom has rosette carving, stick and ball type spindle carving on a six spoke interior. SIZE: 36” h x 23” w. CONDITION: Generally very good. 9-97281 (1,250-1,750)
