UNUSUAL TEA COZY. Well modeled and painted head and forearms; most likely made of terracotta. Elaborately dressed in regional costume; pleated skirt, brocade apron and brocade blouse with gold brocade trim. Underneath skirt is a wire armature and is used to place over a teapot to keep the tea warm. SIZE: 15-1/2″ (39cm). CONDITION: Very good with some minuscule loss of paint to nose tip and on several finger tips. 1-11204 (200-400)
