*BEAUTIFUL BROWNING PIGEON GRADE SUPERPOSED SHOTGUN. Cal. 20 ga. SN 60486V70. Beautiful pigeon grade Browning with 26-3/8″ vent rib bbls choked SKEET/SKEET, dbl ivory beads, ejectors & Browning gold plated sgl selective trigger. Receiver, trigger guard & forend iron are French gray finished & receiver has typical pigeon grade vignettes of two flying pigeons on each side surrounded by light arabesque patterns with sprays of flowers on bottom. Mounted with spectacular burled French walnut with checkered, reverse tapered, square edged forend & pistol grip stock, 14″ over a thin black Pachmayr pad. Accompanied by an orig Browning round corner brown leatherette trunk case containing the gun’s orig Browning pad. Stock was not cut to install the thin Pachmayr pad. Drop at heel: 1-7/8″, drop at comb: 1-1/4″. Weight: 6 lbs. 10.24 oz. CONDITION: Extremely fine, as new. Has been fired, but very little. Serial number is in salt gun range but there is no evidence of salt wood. Overall retains virtually all of its brilliant orig factory finish. Wood has no hand grease in checkering indicating very little handling. There are a few light handling & storage marks in glossy finish, otherwise no discernible flaws.
