ANTIQUE WALTERSHAUSEN DOLLS’ HOUSE FURNITURE & ACCESSORIES. Waltershausen (Boulle) furniture includes a wonderful five piece parlor set with serpentine sofa having padded arms and scrolled back with three side chairs and one arm chair with padded arms; all upholstered in blue cut velvet and gold background trimmed in gold gilt paper, tall pier mirror on marble base with scalloped top and gold transfer work, a drop front desk with turned white columns and exceptional gold transfer work with an interior of blue paper and cubby holes and a turtle top marble table with straight legs. Also included is a large scale two-drawer chest. Accessories include a kerosene chandelier in soft metal painted gold with a porcelain lamp shade having flower decoration suspended by three chains, an ormolu newspaper holder, an ormolu Art Nouveau umbrella stand and oval ormolu frame with print. SIZE: Pier mirror is 9″ t. PROVENANCE: From the Estate of Geraldine Gaba, Scottsdale, AZ. CONDITION: Very good. Most of silvering is gone in mirror and there is discoloration on ormolu frame. 1-8805-50 AM (1,200-1,800)
